We are experiencing intermittent communication loss or one way communications with stations. We have has multiple conversations with Tech support and physical inspections via our electrician and have found no issues.
Thanks -
Hi,
Loyalist has Code Blue stations and call posts. We do experience on an infrequent basis some communication issues, same as you noted but our IT department have always been able to correct in-house.

Thanks again

Hi Mike,
We’ve had issues at Humber on some of our Code Blue Stations. Most of the time, it’s an issue with the stability of the network connection especially when they are installed outdoors. I think the hardware of the Code Blue Station itself is robust, but the traffic on the network in which the station is connected to may cause some issue. The data cable of most of our Code Blue Stations are Cat6 and if the distance run is close to the limit of 90 meters, it could cause some connection issues.
I hope this helps.
