      Hello,
      I am wondering if anyone has solutions for reserving workstations for hybrid employees. Is anyone using software to accomplish this? We are looking at the assignment of a group of workstations and providing the functionality for employees to reserve a spot to work on site. We are also interested in room reserving for zoom time when schedules do not allow time to return home for a students next class. Any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks, Colleen

      Hi We are using Outlook to book locations – by room numbers & Cubicles. They are available in 4 hour blocks to faculty and staff as needed.

      Hi Colleen – I am resurrecting your question from 2021, hoping you or others have advanced this idea into practice.
      <p class=”MsoNormal”><span style=”font-size: 11.0pt; mso-fareast-language: EN-US;”>We are looking to implement a desk/office reservation system separate from Outlook to manage desks and offices for those working in hybrid fashion.  We would appreciate the names of any solutions others are using and whether they have been successful.</span></p>
