Our VOR list has expired and I’m wondering if all of the other Ontario College’s ensure they have a current VOR list? If you don’t, like us, are you finding challenges with the rules of the Broader Public Sector (BPS) Procurement Directive? Have you had to use the General Contractors that are listed on the OECM website. This is what we have been asked to do for all projects over $139k but I have concerns with this method.
