Our practice at Fanshawe has been to establish and renew a VOR list for Consulting (Architects and M&E firms),  Contractors, and CM (construction management). Renewal is imminent and we are being asked to use OECM.   We would like to hear pro and con feedback on the approach and experience of other colleges using OECM to hire for these contracts.   Brian
